Great Time
Hello, My wife and I, Chris & Mike, stayed at the Holiday House at 1011 Crescent St. #1, last week. We had a wonderful time and would like you to pass onto the owners the following: Rooms were great, clean and well furnished. Plenty of linens/towels, high quality cookware (my wife likes to cook) and modern kitchen and bath. Our kitchen has the same backsplash tile and our shower has a similar pebble stone floor. While there, the local maintenance man stopped by, the pool service was done, the Orkin man was there and a couple of guys cut dead plants and cleaned up. Patio and pool area is great, but a few suggestions: Need a handrail at one end to facilitate going down and up the steps into the pool. My wife is only 62, but needed my hand every time. In our 7 trips to Siesta Key, this is the first place that we want to come back to next year. I’m sure we’ll be in touch when the time comes. WE LOVED IT. Thanks for everything.

Peaceful neighborhood close to everything
Really enjoyed our stay in Beach Bungalow A. Plenty of room and the pool was fabulous. Only 3 blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes. Closer to the bay side to watch the sunrise from your window. Free shuttle stop 3blicks away to take you anywhere on the island. Bridge street was only a 15 minute walk to get coffee in the morning and do a bit of shopping. The only negative if you have small children with you is the pool is literally right outside your door. I was so afraid my 2 year old granddaughter would wake up and open one of the two doors and slip our without us hearing her(she quickly learned how to unlock the doo). . We put a bar stool in front of the doors to make additional noise in case she tried something. A chain lock up high would be an easy fix for added security. Remember that supplies such as trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper are not supplied so you might have to buy some additional things. Overall I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home
House was beautiful, spacious, clean and had every amenity that we needed. Great location, the only downside is it’s right next to the busy road and you get a lot of traffic noise especially at weekend, however, this didn’t spoil our stay and is only a minor point. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Location is perfect
Great location the unit was clean and the managers were very responsive. We had trouble with the grill and a new one was soon delivered! The pool is very nice and well maintained! We rented again for next year

Longboard Condo Anna Marie Island- Great Stay
Thank you for a great visit to AMI. Starting on the 1st day when we were greeted by Adam the manager of the property throughout our visit the condo was a wonderful location for all activities in Holmes Beach. We could walk to the beach, to the stores near us and many restaurants in the area. The condo had a lot of room including a large living area and a dining room. The place came with beach equipment, 2 large TV's, and a nice kitchen set up. Plenty of room to move around. Great location!!!

Our Stay 2/2020
The Seagrove home is very spacious and would accommodate 6 people comfortably. The King beds and 2 full baths were great to have The house is located is in a very quiet, tropical neighborhood which is quite dog friendly. You need a flashlight to walk at night which we had to purchase (it is very dark) We rode our bikes to beautiful beach #2 which is a short distance from the village. Bicycles are not provided. The pool is a plus. However, it doesn’t get any sun so we needed the pool heater turned on in order to use it. We were disappointed that the entire property is shaded. You can’t relax or tan outside on this property. A couple of beach chairs and pool floaties are available. The kitchen is moderately equipped with plenty of storage But there is no unbreakable dishes or cups for children’s use. If you have any questions or concerns John is very helpful addressing them . We enjoyed our stay very much and are returning to Siesta Key next year!

Gulf Gate Getaway
We have enjoyed staying at this property for the past four years in February. We love sitting by the pool and enjoying the many water birds in the area. There are lounge chairs as well as two tables and chairs to use. We find the beds to be very comfortable. The location of this home is a huge plus. It is only 10 minutes to Siesta Key Beach and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The property manager was very helpful whenever we had a problem. We will be renting this home again.

Screen Porch Heaven
We found this Paradise Beach West condo to have a great kitchen area but an even better screened in porch large enough to seat 6 people. It had "party lights" to add to the fun atmosphere. We used this area every day. Kitchen was well stocked & had large table w/bench seating and chairs. It was a quiet residential area with quick access to beach and had lots of shade trees. The only improvements I would suggest might be replacing some of the chairs on the screened in porch as they were not very sturdy or comfortable with very worn cushions and maybe a fresh coat of paint in kitchen area would be nice. Overall, we would highly recommend Paradise Beach West.

Clean condo with a beautiful view
Overall we enjoyed our stay in this 3-bedroom condo. We always looked forward to watching the sunset over the water. The condo was spotless when we arrived. I only wished there were more amenities in the kitchen like kitchen towels, mixing bowls, cookie sheets and hot pads. Luckily, when we did have a meal in, they were Costco type meals which just needed to be heated, otherwise, the appliances were modern so it was evident that the kitchen was updated. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by which was a plus.

Siesta Heron 7
A group of 6 friends stayed at Siesta Heron Unit 7. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our unit and the pretty view. With a few needed improvements, this unit would be much better for a group of adults. This is advertised as sleeping 8 people. A few necessary improvements are: More coffee mugs More wine glasses.

Wonderful Property
